Job Overview

Super Group of Industries is seeking dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Territory Sales Officers to support the nationwide expansion of its Sales & Distribution operations for Salt, Pulses, Detergent Powder, Kitchen Bar, Hand Wash, and Glass Cleaner products.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and distribution activities within the assigned territory
Develop, manage, and strengthen dealer, distributor, and wholesaler networks
Plan, achieve, and consistently monitor monthly sales targets
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Sales Representative (SR) team
Oversee inventory management, distribution processes, and collection activities to ensure operational efficiency
