Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts (preferably in interior/construction firm)
- Must know Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principles
- Good communication & record-keeping skills
- Must have sufficient computing knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context
- Perform all cash management/store management activities of different units of the company.
- Manage inventories and prepare cash book, ledger, bills/invoices and vouchers on daily basis.
- Maintain and update records timely and provide support in all other departmental activities.
- Maintain salary records and prepare monthly payroll.
- Manage petty cash transactions and day-to-day office expenses.
- Keep track of client payments, outstanding dues, and follow-ups.
- Record and report monthly income and expenses.
- Maintain daily attendance, present and absent records.
- Prepare salary sheets and coordinate with accounts for payroll.
- Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, leaves, and other HR files.
- Monitor office discipline and support employee engagement.
