- Screen or verify the background of every employer or candidate.
- Participate in the interview, selection, or hiring process.
- Guarantee that a job circular is still active or that a candidate will receive a response.

While we strive to provide timely and accurate information, the job circulars are provided “as-is” from third-party sources. BDJobs is not responsible for any typographical errors, misinformation, or changes made by the original publisher. Users are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of the job and the company independently before applying.

১. সেবার ধরণ
BDJobs একটি চাকুরির তথ্য সংগ্রহকারী বা এগ্রিগেটর প্ল্যাটফর্ম। আমরা জাতীয় সংবাদপত্র, বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠানের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট এবং অনলাইন মিডিয়া সহ বিভিন্ন নির্ভরযোগ্য উৎস থেকে চাকুরির বিজ্ঞপ্তিগুলো সংগ্রহ, যাচাই এবং প্রকাশ করে থাকি।
২. নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় কোনো সংশ্লিষ্টতা নেই
BDJobs কোনো নিয়োগকর্তা, নিয়োগকারী সংস্থা (Recruitment Agency) বা প্লেসমেন্ট ফার্ম নয়। নিয়োগকর্তা এবং প্রার্থীদের মধ্যে কোনো সরাসরি লেনদেন বা নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ার সাথে আমাদের কোনো সংশ্লিষ্টতা নেই। আমরা নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো করি না:
- আমরা কোনো নিয়োগকর্তা বা প্রার্থীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বা ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড যাচাই করি না।
- আমরা সাক্ষাৎকার (Interview), প্রার্থী নির্বাচন বা সরাসরি নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় অংশগ্রহণ করি না।
- কোনো চাকুরির বিজ্ঞপ্তি বর্তমানে কার্যকর আছে কি না অথবা কোনো প্রার্থী আবেদনের পর উত্তর পাবেন কি না, তার কোনো নিশ্চয়তা আমরা প্রদান করি না।
৩. তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা
আমরা সর্বদা সঠিক এবং সময়োপযোগী তথ্য প্রদানের চেষ্টা করি, তবে সকল চাকুরির বিজ্ঞপ্তি তৃতীয় পক্ষের উৎস থেকে প্রাপ্ত তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে (as-is) প্রকাশ করা হয়। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে থাকা কোনো টাইপিং ভুল, ভুল তথ্য বা মূল প্রকাশকের করা কোনো পরিবর্তনের জন্য BDJobs দায়ী নয়। আবেদন করার আগে চাকুরি এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের সত্যতা নিজ দায়িত্বে যাচাই করে নেওয়ার জন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের বিশেষভাবে পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
৪. ক্ষতির জন্য দায়বদ্ধতা
এই ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া তথ্যের ওপর ভিত্তি করে কোনো ধরনের আর্থিক ক্ষতি, ক্ষয়ক্ষতি বা অসুবিধার সম্মুখীন হলে BDJobs তার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না। এছাড়া আবেদনকারী এবং নিয়োগকর্তার মধ্যে কোনো ধরনের বিরোধ সৃষ্টি হলে তার দায়ভারও BDJobs গ্রহণ করবে না।
